I am posting this for my sister who is not computer-savvy. She uses Outlook Express but is unable to tell me the version of Windows and Outllok Express she is using. My guess is that she is using Win XP. Her "Snet Items" disappeared from her Outllok Exporess. I suspect the entire toolbar might have disappeared as well.Can someone here please help this this?
